No checkout, booking, paid tier or sales enquiry. The core scanner processes files locally and does not upload them. Optional networked commands are documented separately and require an explicit action; RFC 3161 timestamping sends hashes rather than code.
What Regula is, stated plainly. Regula indicates code observations and facts to investigate. It does not determine your risk tier, obligations or compliance. Anything that turns on a legal conclusion needs an appropriately qualified professional.

The browser questions, local scanner, observed indicators, unresolved facts and existing CLI commands are free and open source.
Does Regula offer a paid review?
No. Regula does not offer consulting, certification, legal advice, payment or booking. You can take its output to a qualified professional you select independently.
Why is the address still /pricing.html?
Existing links and bookmarks use this address. The page now states the product's free status and avoids redirecting visitors through a broken path.
When is independent professional review appropriate?
Use appropriately qualified review when intended purpose, operator role, jurisdiction, deployment context or a legal conclusion affects the decision. Regula cannot observe those facts from code alone.
